I did this look last week sometime.
* Bare Necessity cream shadow as base
* Almost Midnight dry over base on entire lid
* Ebony on outer crease
* Robin's Egg dry on lower lash line
* Hint of Fanclub on the inner corners
* Fiona under brow
* Black Out to line and tight line
Diffue Glow filter used on this one.

Yeah, Almost Midnight was part of the Holiday Blast collection. A colour that is similar that you could try is Mirelle, which is from the Bête Noire collection.
